Founded in 1970s by Advocate Shri. P. V. Surte, We primarily specialised in the Bombay Sales Tax Act, 1959.
Aided by Advocate Shirish Surte in the 80s, the practice grew in terms of filing, advisory and representation for matters related to Bombay Sales Tax Act and subsequently the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2005
Upholding the tradition, Kaustubh Surte became the next generation to join in 2010s and expanded the services in matters of Income Tax as well.
With the introduction of the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 we expanded our services and consult in matters related to Tax Advisory, Tax Compliance, Account writing and representation to Tax Authorities on behalf of our clientele.

With an experience of 40+ years in the field of indirect taxes. Shirish has advised and consulted companies like MTNL, SpiceJet, Air India and other in matters of MVAT & Profession Tax

Kaustubh Surte

With an MBA in Finance from the esteemed Mumbai University, Kaustubh oversees Income Tax and GST compliance. He serves as a steadfast representative before Tax Authorities, addressing notices, navigating scrutiny, and securing refunds with finesse.
